Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, networks, and system software.
Handle day-to-day IT operations, including hardware servicing and software updates.
Implement and manage infrastructure upgrades, new software systems, and IT projects.
Manage user accounts, email setups, security rights, and access controls.
Monitor system performance, storage, and security; resolve incidents and service requests.
Ensure backup systems are operational and disaster recovery procedures are tested.
Maintain and troubleshoot ERP systems (user support, integration, updates).
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT assets, licensing, and support.
Maintain IT documentation (network layout, system configurations, asset tracking).

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in a system/network administrator role.
Strong knowledge of hardware (desktops, servers, printers, routers, switches).
Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and network protocols.
Experience in software implementation and system migration.
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
