In this role, you will be responsible for implementing roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, identifying gaps, defining business requirements and functionalities, applying best practices, facilitating meetings, and contributing to project planning. As a Consultant, you are expected to actively participate in solution building for clients and the practice, handling higher levels of scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and engaging proactively in client interactions. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues related to card transactions, terminals, software, network connectivity, and integrations with other systems. You will be required to replicate issues in test environments to gain a comprehensive understanding and address them effectively. Ensuring timely resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), creating knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions, developing user manuals and training materials, as well as preparing system documentation and diagrams are essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Cards and have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
