Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial capacity. A postgraduate degree in SCM or a related field is essential, coupled with a deep understanding of all supply chain nuances, especially in the manufacturing industry. This role demands a confident and accountable leader who can drive process optimization, significantly reduce shipment costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and demonstrate hands-on expertise in both domestic and international supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing support, logistics, and returns.
3. Lead initiatives to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted flow of goods.
4. Negotiate and manage contracts with domestic and international vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and pricing.
5. Implement advanced inventory management techniques to minimize holding costs while ensuring optimal stock levels.
6. Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing supply chain agility, responsiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure strict compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws.
8. Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insightful reports, and inform strategic decision-making.
9. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous learning.
10. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Sales, Finance, and other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements

1. Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
3. At least 4 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role overseeing supply chain functions.
4. Demonstrated expertise in optimizing supply chain processes, leading to significant cost reductions and efficiency gains.
5. Hands-on experience managing both domestic and international logistics, procurement, and distribution.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
7. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
8. Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain management software, and advanced MS Excel.
9. Proven ability to take charge, demonstrate strong ownership, and lead teams effectively under pressure.
10. In-depth knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and best practices in supply chain security.
