Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Perform regular system audits, data integrity checks, and backups. Implement and maintain security roles and permissions. Configuration and Customization: Configure NetSuite to meet business requirements, including creating custom fields, records, forms, and workflows. Develop and implement custom scripts (SuiteScript) to automate processes and improve system functionality. Customize dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. User Support and Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in effectively utilizing the system. Act as a liaison between users and NetSuite support for any escalated issues. Data Management: Oversee data migration, data imports, and data integrity within the system. Manage data cleanup projects and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain integrations with other business systems as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within NetSuite. Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support business needs. Qualifications: bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ Yrs of relevant experience as a NetSuite Administrator Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and functionality. Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.

The Oracle NetSuite Architect will be responsible for the design, implementation, and customization of NetSuite solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The architect will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure the effective integration and use of NetSuite within the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation. Ensure scalability, security, and performance of NetSuite solutions. Implementation & Customization: Oversee and participate in the implementation and customization of NetSuite modules. Develop custom scripts and workflows to extend NetSuite functionality. Configure and customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows. Integration: Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems. Utilize APIs, SuiteTalk, and other tools to integrate third-party applications with NetSuite. Project Management: Lead and manage NetSuite-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. Work with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders and project teams. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and technical teams. Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers and technical staff. Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features, best practices, and industry trends. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and customization. Proven experience as a solution architect in NetSuite ERP environments. Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite tools. Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, including financials, CRM, eCommerce, and inventory. Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, NetSuite SuiteFoundation) are highly desirable. Working Conditions: Flexible working hours to accommodate global teams and clients.

Role & responsibilities Requirements: 9+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Consultant. Proficient in NetSuite modules with a strong understanding of accounting principles. Proven experience managing support processes and leading a support team. Ability to work in shifts and ensure 24/7 coverage for critical support functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. NetSuite certification is a plus. Role requires working in shifts timing with the US time zone. Shift timing to start with is 4pm 12pm.
