You will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of 710 HR professionals in a globally respected organization with a focus on secure technologies and future-ready innovation. Your role will involve overseeing HR functions for 1000-1200 employees across India, including building strategies for the full Hire to Retire lifecycle, such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Retention, Performance, and Succession. You will collaborate with global business leaders from various business units and shape the HR narrative for technology, R&D, and product engineering teams. We are seeking a candidate with 15-18 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role, preferably from Technology, Software Development, GIC/GCCs, or R&D center environments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR for large-scale tech/engineering teams, a strong understanding of Indian labor laws, and proficiency in global stakeholder management. Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as SAP HR and a data-driven decision-making approach are essential qualities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, performance, and purpose. This position requires you to work from the office only, and you will report to the Managing Director & Global head of HR. Immediate to 30 days NP is preferred for this role.
