Position Purpose Business analyst role for invoice and accounting application The role is open for a web-based application providing a control framework around the invoice workflow and capturing accounting entries. An invoicing and Accounts Receivable user interface centralise the rebilling of expenses (to internal and external clients), debt recovery and management information. For non-implementations, the services rendered by BNPParibas entities to other BNPParibas entities, were managed manually throughout three main steps: The invoice preparation and follow-up, the creating/booking in the general ledger (GL) and the collection of payment. The application is to automate the intercompany invoicing process and to include the relevant controls. It also lets its users create a reference system for the SLAs and an audit trail between the SLAs, the creation of invoices and the payments received. Finally, the application also automates the creation of accounting entries relevant to intercompany recharges. Role & responsibilities 1.1 Content Development Develop age-appropriate and pedagogically sound content in accordance with CBSE syllabus guidelines. Include continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) strategies, worksheets and remedial measures. 1.3 Content Review and Revision Conduct self and peer reviews to ensure content accuracy, coherence and alignment with learning outcomes. Revise and refine content based on editorial feedback and expert reviews. Ensure cultural sensitivity, inclusivity and adherence to ethical publishing standards. 1.4 Visual and Interactive Elements Provide guidance on illustrations, diagrams, infographics and other visual elements to enhance comprehension. Suggest interactive elements like puzzles, quizzes and hands-on activities to reinforce learning. Suggest digital supporting material like videos and audios. 1.5 Collaboration and Timelines Work closely with instructional designers, illustrators and editors to ensure cohesive content development. Adhere to the project timeline and submit deliverables as per the agreed milestones. Participate in review meetings and incorporate feedback promptly. 2. Deliverables Draft and final versions of textbooks and teacher guides for each Grade (1-5). Create lesson plans, activity sheets and assessment tools. Create guidelines for teachers on effective implementation of content. 3. Qualifications and Experience Masters degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Curriculum Development, or any of the relevant subject areas, such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, Physical Education, Environmental Sciences, Soft Skills or Elementary Education focusing on pre-primary stage. Minimum 08 years of experience in curriculum development, textbook writing or educational publishing, preferably for ICSC or CBSE. Strong understanding of pedagogical frameworks, instructional design and child psychology. Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with the relevant Board’s curriculum standards and National Education Policy-2020 guidelines. Experience in developing age-appropriate content, including interactive and activity-based learning materials. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of educators, designers and editors. 4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property All developed content will be the intellectual property of the commissioning publisher. SMEs are expected to maintain confidentiality and not share any content without prior permission.
