coordinating subcontractors. Scope involves selecting qualified subcontractors, defining
clear expectations through contractual clauses, monitoring their performance, Price & unit
rates finalisation with proper costing, ensuring statutory compliance with regulations and
managing communication effectively, maintaining project timelines, quality standards,
and budget constraints.
