As a Study Abroad Counselor for locations including UK, Australia, Canada, US, and Europe, you will play a crucial role in guiding potential students through the admission process and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic future. Your responsibilities will involve understanding the profiles of prospective students, recommending suitable courses and institutions, and facilitating the application and admission processes. You must possess comprehensive knowledge of the admission procedures of at least two countries and be able to provide guidance on various aspects such as test preparation for exams like GMAT, GRE, IELTS, SAT, as well as assistance with visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and other essential steps for studying abroad. Serving as the main point of contact for inquiries related to Study Abroad centers, ensuring compliance with processes, maintaining accurate records, and updating the CRM system will be integral parts of your role. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams, you will contribute to the development of effective strategies to enhance student enrollment and conversion rates. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant destination, preferably within a study abroad agency setting. Practical experience in handling Visa Applications with embassies will be considered advantageous, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
