This is a full-time, role for an Event and Studio Operations Manager located in Gurugram.
The responsibility includes managing day-to-day operations of the studio & coordinating at events.
This is a dual-function role that balances both studio-based operations and on-ground event operations.
• Organize raw materials, bases, labels, and packaging before each event
• Maintain packing lists and ensure inventory is accurate
• Coordinate with vendors for personalized items and décor needs
• Oversee the studio team to prepare all event kits and elements on time
• Travel with the team to set up live gifting stations at events
• Ensure all displays are beautifully decorated and ready for guest engagement
• Communicate with the client and event manager to align on expectations
• Oversee live personalization and team coordination during the event
• Wrap up post-event, ensuring safe return of materials to the studio
Operations Management skills to oversee and streamline studio operations
Customer Service skills to interact with client at event
Planning skills to plan, coordinate, and execute successful gifting station at event
Good Communication skills for effective interaction with team members
Budgeting skills to manage and track financial aspects of operations
Multitasking abilities
