Structural Site Engineer

POST: STRUCTURAL SITE ENGINEER

EDUCATION :- BE/BTECH/DIPLOMA MECHANICAL/CIVIL

EXPERIENCE :- MINIMUM 3 TO 6 YEARS IN RELEVENT FIELD

SALARY: (25000 to 40000 CTC) NO BAR FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE

(Only Experience in Railway Project work is Accepted.)

Ø JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Ø Supervise erection & launching of RDSO-approved steel girders.

Ø Manage heavy fabrication work as per IRC/IS/RDSO standards.

Ø Interpret technical drawings and implement them on site.

Ø Coordinate with contractors and fabrication yards.

Ø Ensure timely completion and documentation of fabrication/erection.

Ø Perform quality checks for girder fabrication, welding, and fit-up.

Ø Prepare ITPs and QAPs as per RDSO/Client norms.

Ø Maintain documentation for inspections and approvals.

Ø Prepare BBS, BOQ, and cost estimates for steel fabrication and erection.

Ø Execute bridge works involving PSC and steel girders.

Ø Supervise heavy equipment (launchers, cranes, winches) for girder placement.

Ø Coordinate with railway authorities for block planning & approvals.

Ø Oversee fabrication yard activities for steel structures.

Ø Manage fabrication schedules and manpower.

Ø Ensure welding & assembly works meet RDSO/QC norms.

Ø Conduct audits and support in ISO/documentation compliance.

Ø Provide technical support to project and procurement teams.
