Structural and architectural draftsman

As a Structural or Architectural Draftsman, your primary responsibility will be to prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans, which include floor plans, elevations, and sections. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure accurate representation of designs. It is essential to stay updated with building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders will be crucial for gathering information and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be required to update and revise drawings as needed, considering design changes and feedback, while maintaining organized records of drawings and project files. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma or ITI in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting tools is necessary. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in architectural drafting is also required. A strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles is essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and analytical skills will be beneficial for this position. The salary range for this role is between 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs per annum, and the location of the job is in Mumbai. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as EIT, BIM, or equivalent, industry experience in civil infrastructure projects, transport, or bridge projects, and advanced knowledge of software like Revit, AutoCAD, and other drafting tools.,
