Evaluate and recommend innovative learning modalities Measurement & Evaluation: Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness and impact learning and development programs on individual and team performance . Analyze data related to, project outcomes, and knowledge retention to continuously improve learning outcomes and demonstrate ROI for training investments. Technical Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders, including VPs of Engineering, Engineering Sr.Directors/ Directors , Tech Leads, and individual contributors, to ensure alignment and buy-in for technical learning initiatives.
