Job Summary

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-ready Marketing Consultant with strong hands-on experience in both digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Email) and traditional marketing (offline campaigns, newspapers, field marketing, etc.). The ideal candidate should be able to analyze business problems, understand available budgets, and create a result-driven lead generation plan with an eye on ROI, timeline, and execution efforts.

The person must also be skilled in assessing campaign performance, evaluating internal marketing team members, and recommending actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business challenges, budgets, and goals to create custom lead generation strategies
- Choose the most effective mix of digital, traditional, influencer, or media channels based on situation - Plan and execute digital campaigns using Google Ads, Meta, SEO, LinkedIn, Email, etc. - Plan and manage offline campaigns: field activations, newspaper ads, events, flyers - Forecast and measure effort vs ROI across all campaigns and channels - Track KPIs like Cost per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), etc. - Evaluate and improve the performance of internal digital marketing team members - Build reports, dashboards, and growth plans for founders/management - Suggest tools, automation platforms, or process improvements to optimize outcomes

Must-Have Skills

-6+ years in digital + offline marketing with proven lead generation experience
- Expertise in forecasting ROI and effort required for campaign execution - Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, CRM and Email Tools - Ability to assess internal team member performance and marketing ROI - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment - Deep understanding of startup growth challenges and marketing funnels

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience working with early-stage startups or founder-led teams
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Mixpanel, WebEngage - Hands-on exposure to running offline campaigns in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities
