Qualifications: - Qualified CA / CFA / CMA (or equivalent financial certification). - 3-6 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or investment finance at a startup, VC firm, investment firm, or Web3/crypto-native company. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Proven financial modeling experience, including building financial statements, creating projections, and sensitivity analysis. - Effective communication skills across teams and leadership to translate financial data into strategic insights. - Experience in bookkeeping, auditing, tax preparation, and financial reporting. - Track record of maintaining accurate balance sheets and creating data-driven budgets for cross-functional teams. - Ability to collaborate with company leadership on key investment and financial decisions.
