Customer Service & Sales Support Greet and welcome customers, assisting them in locating desired products. Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and promotions. Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock deliveries. Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed. Monitor inventory levels, reporting low stock or discrepancies to management. Assist in conducting regular stock audits and maintaining accurate inventory records. Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment. Ensure store displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards.
