Stores Assistant

As a Stores Executive at our thriving company specializing in operating Industrial Canteens and maintaining Industrial Facilities in Madhya Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory and storage operations. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. We are seeking two Stores Executives, one each for Bhopal and Pithampur locations, to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing goods, monitor stock levels, and place orders for replenishment. - Stock Handling: Ensure proper storage, optimize space utilization, and safeguard goods. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Team Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support workflows. - Quality Control: Inspect goods, monitor storage conditions, and implement quality assurance measures. - Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment in the storage facility. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, BCOM, or related field preferred. - 2-4 years of experience in inventory or stores management; experience in food and beverage handling is a plus. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in TALLY and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Work Environment: - Physical work involving lifting and moving inventory may be required. - Time-sensitive, fast-paced, and collaborative workplace environment.
