We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Visual Merchandiser to elevate the visual appeal of our stores and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for styling, color coordination, and layout design, specifically tailored to casual fashion trends. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and implementing in-store visual displays in accordance with brand guidelines. - Styling mannequins and merchandise based on the latest trends and promotional activities. - Ensuring that product presentation is clean, attractive, and in alignment with seasonal themes. - Collaborating with store and marketing teams for the successful rollout of campaigns. - Monitoring and adjusting visual setups based on store performance and footfall. - Managing the inventory of VM tools, props, and signage. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in visual merchandising, preferably in casual or western wear. - Strong sense of fashion, styling, and awareness of current trends. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple store layouts effectively.
