As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing eye-catching visual displays that align with the brand's identity, boost sales, and improve customer navigation in a fast-paced sports retail environment. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement engaging in-store and window displays following brand guidelines and seasonal themes. - Ensure clear segregation and identity between Activewear and Lifestyle categories for better customer navigation. - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create visual layouts for promotional events, product launches, and festival campaigns. - Conduct regular audits to evaluate VM implementation, store compliance, and identify areas for improvement. - Maintain consistent VM presentation and planogram adherence across all sections. - Analyze the impact of visual merchandising on sales and footfall, and provide actionable insights for improvement. - Refresh display focal points and product arrangements based on stock movement and customer trends. - Provide visual merchandising support and training to store staff to maintain standards. - Collaborate with the team for new concepts, fixture placements, and layout changes. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor visuals, and customer preferences to keep displays relevant and fresh. Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail or sports-related environment. - Degree/diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Communication, Retail Management, or related field preferred. - Strong design sense, color coordination skills, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in retail merchandising software/tools is an advantage. - Willingness to travel to different store locations as required. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyles is a plus.
