Roles & Responsibilities:
· ✅ Attend customer inquiries and provide product information
· ✅ Confirm orders and manage basic service-related concerns
· ✅ Process orders accurately and coordinate with senior sales staff
· ✅ Follow up for payments and ensure timely order closure
· ✅ Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness
· ✅ Maintain sales records and provide excellent in-store customer service
· ✅ Training will be provided
Technical Skills Required:
· Basic system knowledge (Computer operations, order processing)
· Strong communication and talking skills
Languages Required:
· English
· Hindi
· Telugu
