Job Description: As a Store Incharge at Newtrace, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse. Your role involves managing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of various goods, including raw materials, components, and finished products. We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong inventory management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliations. - Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders for replenishment as necessary. - Ensure proper storage and handling practices to prevent damage and loss of materials. - Supervise the receipt of incoming materials, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders. - Coordinate the dispatch of finished products to customers, ensuring timely delivery. - Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation. - Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization. - Implement and uphold safety and security protocols within the warehouse. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times. - Utilize inventory management software for tracking and generating reports. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations. - Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate with procurement, product, and manufacturing departments to ensure seamless operations. - Effectively communicate with suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders. - Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or supplier concerns. Must Have: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Demonstrated track record of managing inventory effectively. Should Have: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a warehouse setting.
