We are seeking an experienced Storage Admin L2 / L3 to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our storage systems, ensuring data availability, integrity, and security. This role requires hands-on experience with various storage technologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor storage systems for optimal performance and availability.
Perform capacity planning and storage allocation to meet business needs.
Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions for critical data.
Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and security.
Document procedures and configurations for storage solutions.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support of storage environments.

Skills and Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in storage administration or related field.
Strong knowledge of SAN, NAS, and DAS storage architectures.
Proficiency in storage management tools and software (e.g., Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE).
Experience with backup technologies and disaster recovery planning.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Understanding of networking concepts related to storage (e.g., iSCSI, Fibre Channel).
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in storage systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
