You are a highly skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer with extensive experience in Steelbrick CPQ (Salesforce CPQ) and a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Salesforce. Your deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex development will be crucial for this role. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring optimal performance and usability. In this role, you will be responsible for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ Implementation. This includes designing and implementing solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud with a strong emphasis on Steelbrick CPQ, customizing and configuring Steelbrick CPQ to meet specific business requirements, and working closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. You will also be tasked with Service Cloud Integration, which involves integrating and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud to support customer service and case management processes. You will ensure seamless integration between Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for comprehensive customer relationship management. Your role will also involve Apex Development And Customization. This includes developing custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce functionality, as well as creating and maintaining Lightning Components to enhance user interfaces and streamline business processes. As a technical and functional leader, you will provide guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices. You will lead technical discussions and design sessions to ensure optimal solutions are developed and implemented. Additionally, you will be responsible for Steelbrick CPQ Maintenance And Optimization. This involves managing and maintaining Steelbrick CPQ configurations, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized for performance, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CPQ processes, including pricing, discounting, and quoting. Documentation And Training are also key aspects of this role. You will document technical specifications, system configurations, and best practices, and provide training and support to end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of Salesforce and CPQ functionalities. Collaboration And Communication are essential in this role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Effective communication with stakeholders will be necessary to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and strong expertise in Steelbrick CPQ (Salesforce CPQ), including both technical and functional aspects. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development, experience in Salesforce integrations and data management, and strong problem-solving skills are also required. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred. Preferred skills for this role include experience with Agile development methodologies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.,
