Focus on acquiring new customers, especially in the RC (Regular Customer) segment. Provide timely technical support and handle customer inquiries. Focus on conducting Walk Through Plant Surveys / Steam Audits Convert potential customer into direct prime customers. Focus on registering with new consultants, OEMs & EPCs. Strengthen our existing dealer network. Regularly visit and engage with current dealers. Create opportunities within our PMS (Project Management System). Participate in brand-building activities such as expos, conferences, and industry events. Essential Qualification: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Steam Trap/Valve Industry. The role involves managing a team of service engineers, handling customer escalations, ensuring timely complaint resolution, and supporting dealers and channel partners. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, hands-on experience in installation and commissioning, and the ability to mentor and lead a high-performing service team. Key Responsibilities Handle customer complaints and breakdowns within defined timelines. Oversee installation & commissioning of boilers, heaters, and related systems. Manage and mentor a team of service engineers for field service delivery. Provide technical support for troubleshooting, erection, and service execution. Support dealers and service partners with problem resolution. Conduct training for service teams, dealers, and clients. Allocate equipment and plan resources for installations and services. Manage service claims and ensure accurate documentation. Prepare monthly service reports and MIS for performance tracking. Ensure smooth execution of Service Jobs and Annual Service Contracts (ASCs). Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
