Key Responsibilities Lead analytics initiatives leveraging AI, statistical modeling, and data science within KLs technical and scientific domains Design, operationalize, and optimize scalable data pipelines and analytical products Partner with domain experts to innovate data-driven methodologies and tools Prioritize incoming data-related requests by evaluating effort versus impact Develop and automate analytical workflows using statistical techniques Drive cross-functional collaborations and external partner projects Continuously update your skillset through training and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Mentor and support teams in adopting data tools and maintaining data quality standards Qualifications Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field 7"“10 years of experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization in manufacturing or industrial environments Proficiency in Python, SQL, and tools such as JupyterLab, GitLab, Airflow, and MLflow Strong expertise in cheminformatics, materials informatics, and generative AI techniques Hands-on experience with interactive application frameworks like Shiny, Dash, or Streamlit In-depth understanding of chemical analysis and organic chemistry Show more Show less
