Staff Nurse

Job Description: Staff Nurse Location: Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, Position: Staff Nurse Qualifications: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM Experience: Minimum 1 year Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans as per established protocols. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history. Assist in various diagnostic procedures and tests, ensuring the necessary equipment and materials are available. Provide education to patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to infection control policies and standards to ensure patient safety. Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Assist in emergency response situations as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting (preferably in diagnostic centres or hospitals). Valid nursing license and registration with relevant nursing council. Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, protocols, and medication administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and their families. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
