Job Title: Staff Nurse OPD Clinic Location: Bangalore (Multiple locations available based on requirement) Experience: 0 to 6 years Education Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Outpatient Department (OPD) Job Summary: We are hiring dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses for our Outpatient Clinics in Bangalore. The role involves providing quality nursing care to patients visiting the OPD, assisting physicians during examinations, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene and clinical service. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the guidance of senior medical staff. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Record vital signs, medical history, and symptoms. Assist doctors with minor procedures and follow-up treatments. Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments. Ensure OPD rooms are sanitized and well-stocked with medical supplies. Follow nursing protocols, infection control measures, and safety guidelines. Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, and other departments for seamless patient care. Requirements: Must hold a valid Karnataka State Nursing Council Registration . Freshers to 6 years of clinical experience (OPD/Clinic/Hospital setup preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced OPD environment. Compassionate, patient-centric, and team-oriented attitude. Shift & Work Timings: Rotational shifts (Morning/Evening) or Fixed OPD hours – to be confirmed at the time of offer.
