Job Description

Vacancies Open for the Following Departments:

Emergency Department

Positions:
2 Male Staff Nurses
Experience:
2+ year in trauma/emergency care preferred

NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

Positions:
1 Female Staff Nurse
Experience:
1+ year in NICU preferred

ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

Positions:
1 Staff Nurse (Male/Female)
Experience:
1+ year in ICU preferred

General Ward

Positions:
8 Staff Nurses (Male/Female)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience

Patient Care:

Monitor and record patients conditions and vital signs
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist doctors during rounds and in procedures
Provide pre- and post-operative care

Department-specific Duties:

Emergency Department:
Triage patients, perform CPR, manage trauma cases
NICU:
Monitor neonatal vitals, manage incubators/ventilators, support breastfeeding/mother-infant bonding
ICU:
Handle critical patients, manage life support systems, ensure infection control
General Ward:
Assist in daily patient care activities, wound care, IV lines, patient hygiene

Communication and Documentation:

Maintain accurate nursing records
Update patient charts with progress and observations
Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and multidisciplinary teams

Compliance & Safety:

Follow hospital protocols and infection control policies
Maintain confidentiality of patient data
Participate in training and development programs

1st Preference:

Qualification:

B.Sc Nursing
Experience:

1 to 2 years minimum

2nd Preference:

Qualification:

GNM
Experience:

Minimum 3 years
