Sr. Test Engineer - API with Python Job

We are looking forward to hire API Testing Professionals in the following areas : : Automation QA Engineer - API Testing with Python | Experience - 5 to 7 years Overall experience of 5-7 years in software testing Minimum 2 years experience in API testing (SoapUI / Requests-Python / RestAssured-Java) Hands-on experience in Python (preferred) Proven work experience in software quality assurance and development Should contribute to manual testing along with automation Good understanding of Project life cycle with Automation architecture Responsibilities Provide feedback by reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents. Develop well-structured and detailed test plans and cases. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. Use open-source tools to design, develop, and execute automation scripts. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. Track testing progress, proactively identify and escalate project risks. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Develop and apply testing processes for products that will meet client needs. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. Requirements Knowledgeable of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proven experience in writing test plans and test cases. Working knowledge on VSTS is preferable Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing and automated testing tools. Good knowledge of SQL and exposure to QA automation tools Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Performance and/or security testing experience is a plus.
