Sr. Solution Consultant Institutional Assets and Retirement Services

You will be responsible for serving as a Sr. Solution Consultant specializing in Institutional Assets and Retirement Services at our Pune location. With 16 to 22 years of experience in the BFSI sector, you will need to possess a thorough understanding of the industry trends and client issues. Your role will involve collaborating with Sales teams to identify new opportunities through market research, business analysis, and client profiling. Additionally, you will be required to create proposals, deliver presentations and solution demonstrations, and provide high-level estimates at the Solution, Architecture, and Design level. You will play a crucial role in the entire project lifecycle, from opportunity identification to delivery handover, by liaising with various teams such as Sales, Delivery, Horizontals, and Legal departments. Your expertise in the BFSI space, particularly in the Institutional Assets and Retirement Services domain, will be invaluable in developing strong solutions and engaging with stakeholders effectively. You should have experience in presales, technology solutions, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with new technology trends such as GenAI, AI/ML, and RPA, as well as the ability to work with geographically distributed teams and undertake domestic and international travels, are essential for this role.
