Job Description

Software Development Engineer (Azure) Sr. Software Development Engineer (Azure)

HealthChain is actively seeking a talented software development engineer for building software on Azure cloud.
As a software development engineer at HealthChain, you will work alongside our talented team of engineers to develop features, enhance existing features and debug defects on our world class product development platform for Healthcare.

Location:

Bangalore, India

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
Support test and deployment of new products and features
Participate in code reviews

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
5-8 years of years of relevant work experience
4+ years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS
2+ years of Experience developing Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Logic App
Working knowledge of Azure storage services such as Blob
Good knowledge of SQL Server
Good Knowledge of database modeling and database performance tuning
Experience developing and deploying REST APIs
Good knowledge of Unit Testing, experience with postman, JMeter
Should be a fast learner and a go-getter without any fear of trying out new things.

Azure experience is must-have.

Healthcare experience is good to have.
