Sr ServiceNow ITSM Developer/Lead/Architect

Location:

Notice period : Immediate or less than 15 days

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure modules within the
ServiceNow platform
.
Build and maintain workflows using
Flow Designer
and scripting tools.
Customize
ServiceNow Workspaces
, dashboards, and Service Portals.
Implement and manage
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
processes.
Develop mobile-friendly interfaces using ServiceNows Mobile Studio.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
Perform
Salesforce to ServiceNow integrations
using REST APIs.
Follow ServiceNow best practices for development, security, and performance.

Must-Have Skills

ServiceNow Modules

ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management
ITAM: Hardware Asset Management
Mobile App Development

Development Proficiency

Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
