Job Description

Role-wise Requirement & CTC:

  • Customer Support Associate (CSA) – 5 positions | UPTO ₹18,000 CTC
  • Escalations Specialist – 2 position | UPTO ₹22,000 CTC
  • Senior Mentor – 2 positions | UPTO ₹25,000 CTC

Key Requirements:

  • Senior Mentors:
  • Must be proficient in all subject-related queries for West Bengal Board (WB), Bengali Medium (Classes 7–10).
  • Escalations Specialist:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling customer escalations.
  • Customer Support Associate:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an MNC or 1 year in any other customer support department.

AGE LIMIT : 32years max

MALE FEMALE BOTH CAN APPLY ( ONLY GRADUATE )
GOOD IN ENGLISH AND BENGALI
DUTY TIME ROTATIONAL: 10 AM TO 9 PM BRACKET( ANY 9Hrs shift)
