We are currently seeking applications for the position of Sr Manager- Business Analyst. As a Sr Manager- Business Analyst at Genpact, your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. - Reviewing and testing the developed solution vis-a-vis requirements. - Understanding business requirements and supporting data exploration, classification, and feature engineering. - Communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders. - Creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. - Developing and utilizing standard templates to write requirement specifications accurately and concisely. - Managing and tracking the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and enforcing or redefining them as necessary. - Communicating, translating, and simplifying business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders. - Assisting with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to business stakeholders. - Researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with business users. - Ability to understand customers" needs. - Experience in eliciting business requirements based on business imperatives. - Working experience with MS Office, MS Visio, Office365, or similar collaboration tools. - Project management using Agile/waterfall methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Graduates and above.
