Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust IT systems and networks tailored to organizational needs.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Manage the organization's entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues and problems efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems through proactive measures.
• Develop and implement comprehensive IT policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
• Provide expert technical support to end-users, addressing their IT-related queries and issues.
• Conduct regular data backups and engage in thorough disaster recovery planning.
• Monitor system performance diligently and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure the IT infrastructure consistently meets evolving business requirements.

Skills Requirement:

QUALIFICATION:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
