Sr Guidewire Developer

Access Global Group is seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer with PolicyCenter Configuration experience to join our team in a full-time role, PAN India Onsite. As a PAN India resident, you will work onsite in one of our many locations including Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, and Bhubaneswar. Please note that this position is not open to 3rd party hiring. In this role at Access Global Group, you will serve as a skilled and hands-on Senior Guidewire Developer, specifically focusing on PolicyCenter Configuration. As a Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team, you will be responsible for various Guidewire implementation projects for our customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Lead various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects - Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators - Plan and monitor project deliverables - Mentor the project team - Provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators - Interface with customer representatives as needed - Willingness to travel to customer locations when required As a team leader, you will: - Build a quality culture within the team - Manage performance for direct reports - Foster teamwork and lead by example - Train and mentor project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Requirements: - Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration - Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance - Knowledge in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products - Proficiency in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, Enterprise Messaging Systems, Tomcat, and/or Websphere/Weblogic - Real-time knowledge in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain - Understanding of software development best practices - Excellent business communication and leadership skills - Prior client-facing experience Preferred Experience: - Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector - Experience in the Insurance domain, particularly in Property & Casualty This full-time position is based in multiple locations PAN India and offers the opportunity to work in a global company with a diverse team.
