Sr. Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack/Team Leader)

You are an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer who will be a valuable addition to our dynamic development team. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications utilizing MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Additionally, you will have a significant role in making architectural decisions and providing guidance to junior developers. You will be accountable for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code will be a crucial aspect of your work. Collaborating with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to define and implement new features, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, managing deployment pipelines, integrating third-party APIs and services, reviewing code, troubleshooting bugs, and offering constructive feedback to team members will also be part of your responsibilities. It is important that you stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute suggestions for enhancing development processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field along with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack. A strong comprehension of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based deployments is required. Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux, Context API, Git, modern CI/CD tools, testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Agile methodologies, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Experience with TypeScript, familiarity with GraphQL, knowledge of containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and exposure to DevOps practices are considered advantageous but not mandatory. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, day shift from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
