Sr. Engineer (Civil)

As a Senior Civil Engineer in the construction industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering works at the plant and associated construction projects. Your duties will include supervising pipeline installation, water tank construction, and site infrastructure development. You will also be required to prepare and review civil engineering designs, estimates, and BOQs. In this role, you will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met. Monitoring on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, conducting site inspections, and ensuring execution as per drawings and specifications will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will maintain records of project progress, material usage, and contractor bills, as well as handle civil maintenance and repair works within the plant premises. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering and have 6 to 15 years of proven experience in industrial construction, preferably in the aluminium or manufacturing sector. A strong knowledge of pipeline systems, RCC water tank structures, and civil project execution is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related civil engineering tools is required, along with the ability to manage a team and work under deadlines. Good communication and reporting skills are also necessary for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
