Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Company: Signity Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mohali, Punjab Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst with 5-8 years of expertise in IT project management and business analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, requirement gathering, client communication, and team coordination in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Planning Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution within defined scope, timelines, and budgets Manage multiple concurrent projects with distributed teams Business Analysis Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops SRS, BRD, User Stories, Change Request documents, Wireframing and User Flows. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal teams and clients to align on project goals Facilitate requirement validation sessions and ensure clarity across stakeholders Agile Delivery Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of deliverables Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change records Utilise tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for tracking and communication Quality Assurance & Improvement Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality against business needs Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project coordination Solid understanding of Agile methodologies; Scrum experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like JIRA and Trello is a plus Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skill
