Job Description: sr. Accounts Officer

Location: Gurgaon (Walking distance from Guru Drona Acharya Metro station)

Schedule: 5.5 days a week

Responsibilities:

Accounting Maintenance: Regularly maintain and update the company's financial records, ensuring that all transactions are accurately and promptly recorded using Tally software.

GST Compliance: Take full responsibility for the timely filing of GST returns and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This includes accurately calculating input and output taxes, preparing requisite forms, and keeping abreast of any changes in the GST law.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and provide supporting details as required.

Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and any other financial documents to ensure that the company's financial data is always up to date and accurate.

Supporting Senior Staff: Work closely with senior accounting staff and assist in any ad-hoc financial tasks or projects.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest accounting best practices, especially changes or updates related to Tally software and GST regulations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience with Tally software is mandatory.

Familiarity with GST laws and the filing process.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
