To further drive this mission, we are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who possesses a keen eye for creativity and exceptional attention to detail. As a UI/UX Designer at Classic Technologies, your role will involve designing seamless, engaging, and functional user experiences for our cutting-edge technology solutions. Your responsibilities will entail designing intuitive interfaces and user experiences that cater to the specific requirements of garment manufacturers. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and industry experts to translate intricate workflows into visually appealing designs that enhance usability and productivity. In your day-to-day tasks, you will engage in user-centered research and strategy by conducting user interviews, usability testing, and research to comprehend user behaviors and pain points. Creating user personas, customer journeys, and wireframes will be instrumental in guiding your design decisions to improve efficiency in garment manufacturing operations. Your expertise will be showcased in developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Maintaining a consistent design system aligned with industry standards and ensuring responsive and accessible designs across various devices will be paramount to your role. Collaboration forms a crucial aspect of your work as you will closely work with developers to implement functional UI components and participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to refine designs based on user insights and business objectives. Establishing and implementing UI/UX guidelines to ensure consistency across all Classic Technologies" products will also be part of your responsibilities. Continuous improvement and innovation are key drivers in your role as you will conduct A/B testing, analyze user feedback, and stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and emerging technologies to enhance the interface and user experience. A data-driven approach will be integral to improving usability and overall product experience. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, a robust portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs, proficiency in UI/UX design tools, a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping, experience collaborating with developers and product teams, familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and usability testing, and ideally, a background in front-end technologies. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential attributes we seek in potential candidates. Additionally, experience in designing for enterprise or manufacturing applications, knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, familiarity with design systems and UI frameworks, and a passion for creating impactful digital experiences are all advantageous qualities that we value in potential candidates.,
