You should be a Qualified CA or a CA Final Dropout with 5-6 years of post CA qualified experience or 10-12 years of experience in case of CA final drop out. Your responsibilities will include supervising day to day accounting tasks, managing accounting teams/assignments across various territories such as Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Australia, ensuring timely preparation and submission of Group MIS, maintaining zero tolerance policy in statutory compliances, proactively addressing client queries, possessing expert knowledge of GST and Income Tax Compliances, preparing financial statements as per companies act and getting them audited, creating reconciliations for discrepancies between year-end audited financial statements and year-end MIS shared with clients, discussing reconciliations with clients and obtaining sign off before finalizing financial statements, and ensuring adherence to agreed upon TAT with clients. The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge of accounting and MIS, along with extensive experience working with multinational companies. Additionally, candidates should have exposure to working in the APAC region, familiarity with US GAAP and SOX Compliances, prior experience in trading/manufacturing companies, and excellent communication skills.,
