Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef to prepare dishes like dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar, chutneys, and traditional meals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of South Indian ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
  • Ensure authentic taste, presentation, and consistency
  • Manage prep work including grinding batters, making chutneys, and preparing spice mixes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine
  • Expertise in dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, rasam, and traditional thali meals
  • Flexibility with shifts, including early mornings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
