Head Barista

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Barista to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP
• Following the defined steps of guest service
• Create basic coffee art to delight customers
• Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects
• Having knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine
• Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working
• Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in the similar profile
• Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
