Identify, evaluate, and onboard real estate brokers, channel partners, IPCs, and institutional clients for commercial project sales. Develop and manage a strong network of sourcing partners to meet project-specific sales targets. Design and implement partner engagement strategies and plans to drive performance. Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and project walkthroughs for sourcing partners. Track performance of individual partners and drive accountability through data-backed reviews. Coordinate with the marketing team for project promotion, partner events, and lead generation campaigns. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sourcing strategies accordingly. Ensure timely documentation and compliance for broker agreements and commission payouts. Assist in closing high-value deals in coordination with the internal sales team.
