1. Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals. Responsible to achieve sales target. 2. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Handle client requests, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction. Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients. 3. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Represent the club at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions. Promote the clubs amenities, services, and event spaces. 4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. Analyse market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies. Track sales metrics and adjust approaches as needed. 5. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with other departments (front desk, catering, and operations) to ensure smooth guest experiences. Train and support junior sales staff if applicable. Coordinate with the revenue management team on pricing strategies. Conduct daily sales meeting with existing sales team.
