Role & responsibilities: • Identify and generate leads through field activities, cold calls, site visits, referrals, channel partners, and local networking. • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other channel partners to drive walk-ins and conversions. • Promote projects to prospective buyers by providing relevant information and encouraging site visits. • Regularly update and maintain lead databases and follow up with potential clients for conversion. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand local trends and opportunities. • Assist the sales team in achieving site footfalls, lead targets, and booking conversions. • Coordinate with the marketing team for event promotions, flyers, and lead generation campaigns. • Participate in promotional activities such as exhibitions, local events, and walk-in drives.
