Sourcing Boy

The Sourcing Boy is responsible for identifying and sourcing properties (residential, commercial, or land) suitable for sale, lease, or investment. This role involves fieldwork to gather leads, meet vendors, meet property owners, collect property details, and support the sales or acquisition team in securing new listings. Travel across assigned areas to scout for available properties (flats, plots, shops, etc.). Interact with property owners, brokers, and local agents to gather information. Collect and verify property details such as location, size, pricing, and legal status. Take photos/videos of properties and record accurate property information. Generate and report leads to the real estate manager or sales team. Assist in setting up site visits and coordinating with prospective buyers or tenants. Keep track of competitor activity and pricing trends in local real estate markets. Maintain daily activity reports and update lead databases.
