The HR Recruiter at CHIREC INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff. This individual will work closely with department heads, principals, and other school leadership to identify staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure the school attracts highly qualified personnel. The recruiter will also support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with school leadership to understand staffing requirements for both academic and administrative positions. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Post job openings on various recruitment platforms (job boards, social media, school website, etc.). Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Shortlist qualified candidates for interviews based on job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with school leadership and department heads. Maintain interview records and ensure compliance with school hiring policies. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers Onboarding & New Hire Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, background checks, and documentation. Organize orientation sessions for new staff to ensure a smooth transition into the school environment. Provide ongoing support to new hires, answering any questions or concerns they may have. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all recruitment and hiring processes comply with local labor laws, school policies, and educational regulations. Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment efforts, interviews, and hiring decisions. Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, candidate screening, and interviewing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and school staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems). A passion for education and a commitment to finding the best talent for the school community.

Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s/master s degree in HR or related field. 8 + years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced/start-up environment. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel. Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics.
