As an Assistant Vice President at Genpact, you will be responsible for establishing deep relationships with key client stakeholders to address customer pain points and vision effectively. Working closely with other Accounts Departments, you will ensure accurate processing and accounting of business transactions. Process governance, including reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, will be a key aspect of your role, where you will regularly communicate operational issues, key metrics, and CTQs. Additionally, you will collaborate with customers and transformation leaders to define and drive the PTP transformation agenda, incorporating the latest best practices. You will serve as the point of escalation for resolving accounting and reporting issues promptly, ensuring queries are handled accurately and efficiently. Evaluating and recommending improvements to systems or processes to maximize information system resources for developing comprehensive reporting models will also be part of your responsibilities. Managing the cross-functional team on a day-to-day basis, assigning and monitoring deliverables, motivating and leading teams to enhance performance, and conducting effective performance management and monthly appraisals will contribute to the success of the team. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Commerce or an MBA with experience in the P2P domain. Your ability to anticipate risks, be proactive, and develop risk mitigation plans will be crucial. Strong skills in stakeholder management, knowledge of digital tools & ERPs such as Coupa, Service Now, Concur, financial analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications are highly desirable. What Youll Contribute As a generalist, support the full stack of Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and hosted web-based applications.
