Job Description: We are seeking skilled and motivated Solar Installer Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the physical installation of solar power systems, including mounting, wiring, and testing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures. Key Responsibilities: Install solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and batteries (where applicable). Perform basic and advanced electrical wiring for solar systems in accordance with safety standards. Troubleshoot, maintain, and inspect existing solar PV systems. Work on rooftops, open grounds, and elevated structures with proper safety measures. Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and timely completion of installations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Coordinate with the project manager and other team members for smooth execution. Requirements: Proven experience in electrical or solar installation (minimum 1 year preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and safety practices. Ability to use tools and equipment related to solar installation. Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions. ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant field preferred. Must be willing to travel within Bihar and Jharkhand. Team player with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
